    Class Description:
    In this Ballet Class, you will delve deeper into the artistry and technique of ballet, building upon the foundations of basic ballet technique. This class will help you refine your posture, alignment, strength, flexibility, and overall grace. With a strong focus on musicality and rhythmic precision, you will learn to execute intricate combinations with elegance and precision.

    Curriculum Highlights:

    Barre Work: Begin each class with a comprehensive warm-up at the barre, focusing on proper alignment, turnout, and balance. Ms. Julie will guide you through a series of exercises designed to strengthen your core and improve your control and stability.

    Center Work: Transition from the barre to the center, where you will continue to develop your technique and explore more complex movements. Emphasis will be placed on fluidity, coordination, and the development of longer and more expressive lines.

    Turns and Jumps: Enhance your turning ability with a range of pirouette exercises, including singles, doubles, and en dedans and en dehors variations. Refine your petit allegro skills through lively and energetic jumps, improving your elevation and maintaining precision in the air.

    Adagio and Allegro: Perfect your adagio techniques, showcasing your control and extension in slow and graceful movements. Explore the artistry of allegro with dynamic grand allegro combinations, executing powerful leaps and expansive movements with precision.

    Class Description:
    Ballet on pointe is a testament to the technical and artistic mastery of the human body. Under the guidance of our highly skilled Ms. Julie, you will master the fundamentals of ballet technique while enhancing your strength and grace. Our classes are designed for dancers who have completed years of classical ballet training and have developed the necessary physical strength and control.

    Dancers should take our Intermediate Ballet class beforehand to ensure they are warmed up. During Pointe class, Ms. Julie guide students through a series of exercises that focus on mastering the intricate technique required for ballet on pointe. They provide individual attention and correction, ensuring that each dancer achieves proper alignment, balance, and stability on pointe shoes.
